
Jorn Nordmann is committed to providing nothing but the very best. To ensure excellence and consistency in quality the bison are carefully bread and raised on the grasslands of the Grande Prairie in Northern Alberta. Once maturity is reached the bison are moved to free range feeding grounds. Where these Bison are grain fed (Barley from our own cultivation) for a minimum of 4 months, prior to going to market. To guarantee the healthiest, finest meat the bison are raised without any growth hormones or other feed additives.
